Reinforced Cut-off Wheel (RCO)
Double-net reinforced resin-bonded wheels for fast, safe cut-off on carbon steel, stainless and structural sections.
From precision cut-off on stainless pipe to heavy snag work in a foundry, here is the full range, grouped the way you actually shop for them.
Double-net reinforced resin-bonded wheels for fast, safe cut-off on carbon steel, stainless and structural sections.
Iron-, sulphur- and chloride-free formulation for stainless steel and nickel alloys. Clean cut, no contamination.
Precision thin wheels for sample preparation: cool, burn-free cut for hardness testing and microscopy labs.
Heavy-duty cut-off for foundry risers, gates and heavy stock. Built to shrug off side loads.
Unreinforced resin-bonded cut-off wheels for fixed-position chop saws and precision fabrication cuts.
The workhorse of fabrication: weld dressing, bevel grinding, mould clean-up, and general stock removal.
Pedestal and bench grinding for tool rooms, blacksmith work, tipping and general maintenance grinding.
Extra-thick depressed centre wheels for sustained stock removal in foundry and steel-mill snag work.
Dense, hot-pressed wheels for heavy stock removal on stainless, carbon, alloy steel and cast iron.
Self-sharpening zirconia-alumina flap discs: aggressive stock removal and clean finish in one pass.
Economical AO flap disc for carbon-steel fabrication, wood, and general surface blending.
Large-diameter wheels for billet surface conditioning, gate removal, and engine-bore cylinder grinding.
Two-sided surface-grinding wheels with moulded-in nut inserts, used on fixed-spindle grinders for precision surfacing.
Engineered grain for hot mills, cold mills, tandem mills, temper mills, specialty mills and paper mills.
Trapezoidal and rectangular segments for vertical spindle and surface grinders in heavy industry.
Narrow-face vitrified and resin-bonded wheels for industrial knife sharpening: paper, food, plastic, textile.
Double-net reinforced thin wheels for portable cutters: high safety margin on hand-held tools at elevated RPM.
Our reinforced cut-off wheels are built around a double-layer fibreglass net embedded on both faces. The resin-bonded A-grain matrix is tuned for a self-sharpening cut, so you are cutting, not polishing, and every wheel is over-speed spin-tested to EN 12413 before it leaves the unit.

Depressed-centre, hot-pressed and off-hand grinding wheels, every one designed so the first cut behaves like the last. We run hardness checks on every batch with shore-scleroscope and rockwell-style tests, so one box of wheels behaves like the box before it.
