Built from the shop floor, not a boardroom.

GAATI ABRASIVE LLP was set up in the heart of Khirasara GIDC, Rajkot, the belt that has been making things for Bharat for decades. We are a small, focused manufacturing unit with one opinion: a bonded abrasive wheel should be judged by the job in front of it, not the catalogue it came from.

Our wheels are engineered by people who have spent time on the grinder themselves. We obsess over grain structure, resin bonding, balance, and spin-test behaviour, because when a wheel fails, it is not a warranty problem, it is a safety problem.

That is why "Engineered by GAATI for precision" is on every box. The wheel is a promise to the operator holding it.

Mixing, moulding, pressing, curing. All under one roof.

Our Khirasara unit runs the full bonded-abrasive process in-house, from grain and bond formulation, through hydraulic pressing and curing, all the way to balance checks and packaging. That means fewer hand-offs, fewer variables, and a much shorter lead time when you need custom SKUs.

A team that grew up around abrasives.

Rajkot has been making industrial goods for half a century. Our leadership and our shop-floor team have spent that time learning, as apprentices, operators, line managers, and quality checkers, how abrasive wheels actually fail, and how to make ones that do not.

We are still small enough that if you call us about a problem, the person on the other end of the phone has probably made the wheel themselves.
