Why GAATI

Engineered for the shop floor.

Every wheel is a balance of abrasive grade, bond, and hardness, tuned for how your material, operator, and machine actually behave.

Consistent grade

Every batch is hardness-tested so the wheel you ran last month performs the same this month.

Safety-first bonding

Reinforced resin bonding spun-tested above EN 12413 limits to protect your operators at full RPM.

Faster cut, less heat

Self-sharpening grain structure that keeps cutting cool, critical for stainless, alloy, and thin stock.

On-time dispatch

Standard SKUs ship within 48 hours from Rajkot, with custom orders planned around your line schedule.

About us

Abrasives made by people who have stood at the grinder.

GAATI ABRASIVE LLP is a manufacturing unit based out of Khirasara GIDC, Rajkot. We build grinding and cut-off wheels the way they are meant to be built, with ear, hand, and spark time, not just spec sheets.

Every roll, press, and cure on our floor is run by operators who have used these wheels themselves. That is why our tagline is “Engineered by GAATI for precision”, because the wheel in your hand decides whether the job in front of you gets finished right.

Industries

Where our wheels show up to work.

We spec for the machines and materials that your industry actually runs, not a generic catalogue.

How we work

From your spec sheet to your shop floor.

1

Understand the job

Material, machine, RPM, operator feedback, existing pain points.

2

Engineer the wheel

Grain, grit, bond, hardness and structure tuned to your use case.

3

Test & validate

Spin-test, hardness-test and sample batches before scale.

4

Scale & deliver

On-time dispatch with lot-traceable markings on every wheel.

We moved our entire cut-off line to GAATI after the first trial batch. Cleaner cut, less wheel change-over, and the operators stopped complaining about vibration. That is the entire review.
