Do you supply samples before a bulk order?
Yes. For first-time customers and for any new SKU, we send a trial
batch, typically 5 to 20 wheels depending on the size, before you
commit to a larger order. We want you to validate on your own
machine.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by SKU but we try to keep them reasonable for genuine
trials. For standard catalogue items (small-diameter cut-off and
DC wheels), MOQ starts at 1 carton. For custom shapes, MOQ is tied
to tooling.
Do you export outside Bharat?
Yes, we serve clients across the Middle East, Africa, and
Southeast Asia. Send us your shipping port and we will work out
CIF / FOB pricing.
How do you validate safety on your wheels?
Every wheel ships in conformance with EN 12413. We spin-test
wheels at over 1.5× the maximum rated RPM and run
shore-scleroscope hardness checks on every batch. Wheels are
lot-marked so you can always trace back.
Can we visit the unit?
Absolutely. Visits are welcome during working hours. Please mail
us a day in advance so we can arrange a shop-floor tour and a
quick demo session.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard catalogue SKUs ship within 48 hours from Rajkot. Custom
wheels are usually 3 – 6 weeks depending on tooling and validation
batches.
